Information on the Win453.dll error follows
below.
This will occur during the use of Defender Pro
Internet Security as a result of a recent Microsoft Windows update being
installed on the system. These can change the Internet Explorer executable
file, and the Firewall will detect this as a risk and block the executable.
This can cause a loss of connection to the net through Internet Explorer.
To Unblock Internet Explorer:
1. Open the User Interface or
Main Menu of Defender Pro Internet Security Suite. Click on Settings
2. Click on Firewall on the
left side column
3. Click on the Settings button
to the right of the Security level slide bar
4. Click on the Rules for
Applications tab
5. Scroll down to iexplore.exe
(not explore.exe) and double click it
6. In the new window (Edit
rules for iexplore.exe), select the first Item in the list to highlight it
7. At the bottom of the box
under Rule Description click on Block this should return to Allow
Repeat steps 6 & 7 for the rest of
the items shown in the list. Once you are finished allowing each item in the
list click the following buttons to save the changes:
Click Ok!
Click Ok!

Type in Password... Click Ok!
This is an issue Defender Pro
is currently investigating. When you choose to log
off or shut down the computer, the message that comes up should have an End
Task or End Now button. Click on that and the shut down should continue. The
error message does not affect the system other than the message during
shutdown, and does not indicate the presence of malware or a virus.
If that does not work on your particular computer,
please exit the Anti-Virus/Internet Security Suite before logging off or
shutting down your computer. There will be a red and white DP icon in the
system tray by the clock in your taskbar that belongs to the
Anti-Virus/Internet Security Suite. Right-click on that and choose to exit
the application.
