All product is new, unless otherwise stated and is considered overstock, shelf pull, closeout, surplus and/or salvage; which derives from manufactures, publishers, distributors, record labels, retailers and/or independent artists.

Due to the frailty of this type of product some imperfections may appear to the jewel cases, i.e.: stress fractures, minor to major cracks, broken tabs, etc... This only represents a small percentage of the CDs themselves and does not affect the playability of the media / CD in any way. 

Because this is a specialty item, due to the limited amount of surplus product available, there may or may not be duplication in these lots. Availability depends on what is available to us at any given time.

Free Shipping is for customers within the U.S. 48 States and Canada only, that do not require additional services to get to the destination, i.e. ferry, plane, barge, etc... If so, product will be shipped freight collect.

Customers are responsible for all fees, labor and/or equipment required for unloading of freight at destination.
